American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 326.3-21, test method measuring dynamic coefficient of friction of all hard surface flooring materials is the one standard for both interior and exterior surfaces for both laboratory and field testing, emerging as the ANSI Standard for measuring floor traction.. This ANSI Standard is under the jurisdiction of the ANSI 108 Standards Development Committee.

Tile Council of North America (TCNA) is the Secretariat of ANSI Accredited Standards Committee and U.S. Technical Advisory Group for ISO Technical Committee 189.
